Joseph T. Nachtrab

Joseph (Joe) Nachtrab is a Certified Public Accountant, entrepreneur, and business executive with more than four decades of experience in finance, real estate development, capital formation, and business leadership. After beginning his career with Ernst & Young, he founded a public accounting firm that later merged with Plante Moran.

Throughout his career, Joe has founded, acquired, and managed businesses across healthcare, commercial real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and senior housing. His experience includes raising capital, negotiating complex financing, overseeing construction and development projects, and leading strategic growth initiatives.

As Chief Financial Officer of Summit View Development Group, Joe oversees the company's financial strategy, banking and investor relationships, capital planning, financial controls, and corporate governance. His financial discipline and operational experience help position Summit View for long-term success as one of Northern Michigan's premier luxury residential communities.
